First, this is the mid-terms. That doesn’t come into effect for two more years. Second, when has the law stopped him before? I’ve still seen nothing to imply he’s not running again.

Why do you think he still leaves if he cheats? Who’s going to find out, and who’s going to hold him accountable. Even if it’s discovered, he just yells that he’s framed, and if that fails he yells that he had to, and if that fails then he just yells that he’s allowed to, and there’s nothing the government, under his control, is going to do to stop that.

Maybe, but that’s temporary. The hardware has to be replaced after failures at minimum, if not sooner to upgrade. Yeah, there will be a period where the hardware may be cheaper, but the prices won’t stay at that floor forever (though they obviously also won’t be at the insane inflated prices of today).

Yeah, they’ll be fine assuming there isn’t an Enron level legal motion. They are sort of not on the hook for anything financially. I’m not sure how legal it all is though. I’m pretty sure it isn’t, but even if it isn’t it’s still a question if they’ll be held accountable.

They are not really leftist. They call themselves that, but they support the authoritarian oligarchy of Russia. That’s not what a leftist would do. They are anti-western and pro-authoritarian, and that’s about it.

It’s pro-authoritarian. That means this control is not really a contradiction. They say they’re leftist, but I think it’d be hard to actually justify that based on the groups they support. Russia isn’t leftist. The USSR may have been, but it’s long gone. Russia is anti-LGBT+ and doesn’t protect workers. It’s an oligarchy.
There are only two consistent things they follow. They’re pro-authoritarian and anti-west.

Honestly, this is a counter-example to what you’re saying. Despite how many people have access to the internet, world renowned celebrities still only get so much hate-mail. Most people don’t do this shit, but obviously a small percentage is still a large population when multiplied by the entire global population.

In fact, as Copyright Lately‘s Aaron Moss points out, even the AI industry called the latest ruling a win, with tech industry group Chamber of Progress senior director of AI Adam Eisgrau tweeting that the ruling “implicitly confirms that highly transformative gen AI training to produce a hugely multi-purpose model with substantial public benefit is likely fair use!”
“We stole even more, so that makes it legal!”

I’m sure they spend time on Linux in general, since it is the most common operating system (and includes Android, so even bigger). I doubt they spend much, if any, effort on the specific subset of systems that make a Linux phone different from another Linux device.
This was so hard to parse, especially since it’s led by another negative! I knew what it must be saying, but it took so many reads over to actually know it said that thing.
For other readers, assuming I got it right (pretty sure I did), they’re fine with consensual non-consent (CNC). AKA, they’re against the non-consent that’s not CNC, if you want to word it like a crazy person. Lol.

That’s not the reason for it. They want to ensure it isn’t normalized. If you start seeing a lot of people openly saying they’re anti-zionist, people who seem reasonable and generally agree with you, then you may consider that the propoganda you’ve been fed saying it’s wrong inst accurate.
Ah, that explains why their custom emojis don’t render correctly anywhere else. I wish that piece of code would get merged into the main version so it’d be less annoying.
For the same price with no tradeoffs? I’d like one. For a lot more with downsides? Nah, I’m good. I have very little need or desire for this. A normal phone shape handles 99.99% of my phone use cases perfectly. It’d be nice to have, but it’s not worth much.
