Nailed it. I’ve seen posts on local social media literally descring what you just said. They won’t vote D no matter what, but they wont vote R this election either so they are staying home.

You know, it’s one things as a platform company like Meta, to pull levers to “help your guy” get biased coverage for your own personal gain.

It’s entirely different when you literally meet them and collude to do it. There is no wink and nod, it’s just “yeah let’s do this”. No deniability.

I was very aware of what 2008 was like.

We need some kind of massive reset in this economy, we can’t just keep line going up. The current economy is built on eggshells and even if the tech industry doesn’t implode, there are plenty of other things happening that will cause one anyway. We WILL have a full blown recession/depression again. It’s just a matter of when.

You mean the shit head leads of tech industry collapsing? The end of the rampant circular investing? The end of the race for AI that doesn’t really do anything? Crashing the current economy?

I mean take your pick, I want all of these.

It’s not just EVs. I was at a car show just the other day and was disgusted by the wheel designs on most vehicles, ev or not.

I mean AMD has been able to reuse sockets for multiple generations of actual new cpus. Intel has just never done it that way.

I’m sure they totally turned off those turbines right? So they keep getting fined each day right?
