I think Bazzite has (had?) a good out of the box experience for most people and the integrated Nvidia drivers are great so you don’t have to fiddle with them. I had a 3060 when I first switched to Fedora and had the tiniest bit of an issue with drivers. If I had been less technically inclined that could have been a deal breaker. Bazzite being immutable is also probably a plus for people scared of Linux since they don’t have to worry about breaking it.
I tried Bazzite and over all liked it but it was giving me fits on a couple of things too so I moved to Fedora. That was a couple of years ago and and I’ve been happy with it. I have a windows drive because I can’t get my WFH software to work right but only use it about once a quarter.

I think the intent of the law is that it wouldn’t mater. If the VPN blocks the site, you can’t get to the site.
If Meta pays Zuck’s wealth tax I hope they classify it as income and tax it more. If you or me are given a bonus from our jobs, it is taxed as income. I don’t really see how this is different.
