As far as I know they stopped making the Fiesta a while ago, the Focus is still being offered in Europe. I think they might still sell the Ka in Brazil as a small car but obviously nowhere else.

Yeah, the Capri is back in name only. Updated for the current market by being an electric SUV…

Edit: just looked it up and not only does Ford not sell the Ka in Brazil anymore, they don’t sell the Focus at all anymore. What a shame.

I honestly don’t think most of the cooler looking ones will release at all; the 2cv maybe. I’d be surprised if, apart from the VAG cars, any of them came to Australia

Whoever came up with the concept of touchscreens being somehow more sophisticated and luxurious than buttons deserves to be fired. Actually, while you’re at it, fire the guy that thought EVs needed all the useless tech gizmos cramped into them as standard.

I happen to somewhat like the design, though, just doesn’t look anything like a jag.

I recently had to configure an older Thinkpad X1 Carbon G8 for my little brother. It’s only got 8GB of RAM unfortunately and he needs Windows.

So I installed Windows 11 IoT LTSC like I usually do, installed all necessary drivers and manually deactivated services that don’t need to run. It still uses 3GB of RAM while idling.

My 2-year-old daily driver Manjaro install uses half of that, and that’s on a system with 32GB RAM where Windows would almost certainly use more just because there’s more

Wow, that sucks. I don’t even know if you could get your money back for the CPU in that case, as the seller could just claim it wasn’t him. Doesn’t sound like Riot is being that cooperative in such cases either.

I’ve recently been to Five Guys for the first time and holy fuck, it was so much better than anything I’ve ever eaten at McDanooj. I’d say it’s about as good as fast food can get even.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s still slop, but it’s damn good slop.

I think they’re just trying to make LLMs sound more powerful and cool than they are. Sort of a last desperate attempt to sell it to you.

It is so bizarre to me that the idea of AI being something that will end the human race is now an integral part of these guy’s marketing strategies.

As a human myself, I wouldn’t wanna invest in something that’s meant to destroy humans but to each their own.
