i get it. company says we will manage your freezers so they are never broken. pre diagnose faults so an engineer can come and swap parts that will soon break. keep a track on freezers that need replacing. what is not needed is a way to change the temps. that’s totally unnecessary. just have The freezer run a report once a main to a central api endpoint. but yes. i get why. its just not required. is the freezer warm? well its broke then isn’t it call an engineer
