The rest of us clutter it up with cat photos, images of items we don’t want to forget, memes, and photos from others thrust upon us by applications like Viber.

I’ve watched climate agreement after climate agreement come and go. Emissions goals are set then ignored, but since there are no repercussions, nothing changes.

You may know this already. The reason Noctua fans are so much quieter is because they spin more slowly and blow less air, so even low priced, entry level fans are more effective. They literally sell a lower performing, if well engineered, fan for a premium price mostly because of hype and brand recognition.

I certainly hope so as I may have sold all of my (meagre) investments in anticipation.
