Also, not sure if Dutch, but in Afrikaans, “tor” refers to this big-ass beetle that always scares the crap out of me, and I guess “bopakker” could mean “top packer”?
Bopakker means nothing. I was just inventing Dutch sounding words without producing any Dutch. Snoepsnor is an accidental byproduct. Almost any two words can be combined in Dutch so it’s not an actual word, it’s just a combination of candy and moustache.
As they say in Dutch: “gochamel datwezellen wicham tor snoepsnor bopakker.”
I hope that clears things up.
Hoe durf je, mijn moeder was een engel
I hate that one word of that is actual dutch and it’s ‘candymoustache’.

Bo isn’t dutch apart from Bo staff so maybe one who grabs bo staffs?
Tor is also exactly the same in Dutch.

“Pakken” means “to take” but “Bo” is not a word.
Oh wow I forgot tor is a word. Haven’t heard it since I was a kid.
What’s your native tongue?
dutch but I’ve lived abroad for a few years
It certainly cleared my throat trying to read it out loud.
